I don't have any problem when I'm wearing the CCP in the shoulder holster under my suit, or under a jacket. I don't wear it very often, only when I can't wear my IWB, or don't feel like it. I tried out three or four different holsters before I found one that had good retention, allowed a secure draw from the actual holster by having good belt attachment, and was slim enough that it didn't bulge too much that I thought I'd be imprinting bad enough to draw attention. Ended up with a Falco, and as I've said, apart from minor things, it's done pretty good.

I've never encountered a better IWB holster, but a co-worker just got a Alien Gear holster and I may order one. I can carry my 4" 1911 in the Super Tuck, and drive to Austin without any unusual discomfort. Check them out if you haven't before but they are pretty popular.
As far as your bespoke suit, man that's a tough one. I couldn't imagine carrying a shoulder rig in my tailored suits, or even having it tailored to fit?
