Federal civil Right act will only work in Nevada but the business has to be a brothel such as the Bunny Ranch. Under most state law all forms of special activities is illegal when exchanging money, however, its legal to spend time with someone without engaging in sexual contact. See the catch 22, as why LE always ask what on the menu and talk price. No lawyer will see your case unless its brothel in Nevada that is license.

S.A. My contention is that there is a small window of opportunity that someone could level a charge of discrimination and that is when she advertises her escort service. Now up to this point she is recognized as a reputable business because what she is offering is a service of companionship, massage, rub downs etc
Nothing illegal with what she is offering at this point, but on her website she now has no AA. Remember that at this point she is just a companion or messues and it is at this point that I believe the violation could occur. The illegal activity has not occured so that would not trump the civil rights issue.

Anyone have some insight on this ?

instead of insulting everyones intelligence bc they dont pose a "reasonable argument", you may have a better chance of getting your question answered by posting it in the national forum "question of legality" -idk exactly what its called, but yure smart enough to figure it out.

the thread was about a provider not wanting to see AA, not the intelligent rod show & whether or not its legal.

asking the same question over & over again, hasnt got you the answers you seek, insulting anyone isnt either, so how about try somthing different & post it there.

i mean youre obviously waaaaay intelligent than me, so im sure you have already thought about doing such. or maybe even giving up since when you argue with idiots its hard to tell whos who.

Rod, you're just too high above their heads, dude. I TOTALLY get what you're saying. Nothing is ILLEGAL with an escort until a sexual act occurs, but if an AA can't even get in the door, then yeah, that's a discrimination issue.
