You are leaving out a important fact, population density by race.

In 2014 blacks committed 51.3% of all murders, black males 15-34 are only 3% of the population but committed most of these murders.

The same for robbery Blacks committed 55.9% of the robbery's in 2014.

Based on the 2010 census blacks are 13% of the population.

Whites are 63% of the population.

You're confusing arrest with conviction... cops don't convict criminals, juries do...or alternately the defendant pleads out. So the incarceration rates have zero to do with the crime rates.

Because white suspects are 25 times less likely to try to fucking kill an arresting officer.... (see crime rates). If you're a police officer, regardless of race, you are far more likely to be killed by a black suspect than by a white suspect. Again see crime rates.

In fact, black officers are far more likely to shoot a black suspect than a white officer is (3.3 times more likely)... How do you explain that?
