no you dim bulb, he accepted the findings of the jury after it was made. he felt there were grounds for the charges. show me where he said Stone was guilty before the case was put to the jury.

and remember yous think Capitalism is responsible for the debt! Originally Posted by The_Waco_Kid

If they are happy with the conviction....the trial confirmed their suspicion that the defendant was guilty. See below...

The segment began with Barr stating he was happy with the conviction of Stone.
“The Stone case was prosecuted while I was attorney general. And I supported it. I think it was established, he was convicted of obstructing Congress and witness tampering. And I thought that was a righteous prosecution. And I was happy that he was convicted,” Barr stated.

No, Barr said the sentence was excessive and it was. doesn't mean he thinks Stone is guilty.

no you tard, i said he thought there were grounds to prosecute. you do know that Barr could have told them to drop the case yeah? he didn't. which disproves yous and jaxtard's contention Barr is Trump's lackey.

Please tell me under what system of government you think we operate under and I'll agree that is the system responsible for our debt.

TWK...a Federal Republic. where do you see Capitalism in that?

For basically process crimes and having the memory of an old man. This, given, the lies Adam Schiff said on the floor of the House and Senate.

Three federal prosecutors have withdrawn from the case against longtime Donald Trump confidant Roger Stone after a decision by top Justice Department officials to disavow and undercut their own federal prosecutors by reducing the government’s recommended sentence against him.

The stunning and politically charged decision to reduce prosecutors’ recommended sentence of nine years came hours after Trump publicly criticized it, immediately raising questions about the Justice Department’s independence from political pressure.

Prosecutors from the US Attorney’s office in Washington, who are employees of the Justice Department, had said Monday that Stone should be sentenced to seven to nine years in prison after he was convicted on seven charges last year that derived from former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, including lying to Congress and witness tampering.

That recommendation led Trump overnight Tuesday to bemoan what he called a “horrible and very unfair situation.”

“The real crimes were on the other side, as nothing happens to them. Cannot allow this miscarriage of justice!” Trump said. He later told reporter in the Oval Office that he didn’t ask the Justice Department to change the sentencing recommendation.

Roger Stone was and is a known criminal. He’s been breaking the law for years
He’s part of the cabal of Paul Manafort and Lee Atwater, you can put Karl Rove in the mix too but he was smart enough not to get caught. Or not get involved with Trump,
Stone had a fair trial and he was found GUILTY. By a jury. Period !!
So what’s the problem here,
The only problem I see is that lawless and “I’m above the law” Trump is in the process of jury intimidation and criticizing the judge.
Trump is a liar, a fraud and a bully. He needs to STHU and let the legal process procede as it has before his sorry ass showed up.
Stone should have gone to jail a long time ago. His mistake was getting involved with that clown in the WH. He should’ve known better.
But as a footnote Trump will probably give him a pardon.
Criminals always look after each other don't they ?
Well I’m waiting ......show me the “crimes” committed together with indictments and prosecutions. That Trump is belly aching about.
If nothing is there then YOU can STFU too. Cheers

Bernie has been Congress and Senate for the growth of the national debt - to give him a pass is foolish, ftw. He is as responsible as any member of the house of senate during the growth of over-spending. He was there - he could have opposed it - He did not!

FTw - you believe you are god and jesus - but get your Facts straight - rather than the Bernie DPST Party Narrative you love to spout.
