I’m getting to the home page, and can even drill down to each city’s home page, but no further. No one has posted anything to that site since 8/21.
I’ve not attempted to log in since a) it’s pointless if no one else is able to post, and b) I’m not 100% certain I’m not being redirected to a shadow site (although I don’t see any indication that is the case).

I can hit the landing page and navigate successfully to the Dallas region.
However, when I was there I noticed that the "last post" for all sections was 8-21-23. When I click on anything, I get this error:

I have noticed during the business hours of the day, that site is a dice roll if it will load or come up with some error or not load. Evenings I usually do not have any issues. Im sure they will blame it on DDOS attacks or something

I also find if you try to log in to the main landing page it’s hit or miss. Mostly miss. But if you google their Dallas landing page, you can almost always get in there.

if you leave off the leading "www" you get the blank header page.

I get in whenever.
No issues whatsoever.
But, yes clear your browser frequently, as other websites always leave trash behind that can/will cause access issues with other sites.
Also, consider marking OH2 as a safe site in your browser and security software.
