He had a superior "get out the vote" ground game (some of it was even an "in the ground" ground game).



I read that one precinct in Philly had a 93% turnout with 99% going to His "O"lliness. Some counties in CO managed to have more voters than adults (that's even when you count the O supporters as "adults").
