Well aren't you generalizing. I don't vote along party lines but have voted democrat the last several election because they were the best choice. I voted for clinton both times and obama both times and thought bush was the worst president we have ever had.

In either of these cases had it been you or me we would have been spending the next 20 or so in jail. Look at all the money that was sent to Zimmerman well before the case got all that big even. He even tried to steal his own money at one point or was it his dads to start with.
The only other person(s) that would throw that much money down would have been the NRA.

What is funny is the 2nd amendment nuts don't realize that now there is gonna be an outcry for the gun laws to be changed and the "liberals" are going to use this case as an example. The law as it was applied (or not)here is giving people the right to kill.

With the Stand Your Ground law, the gunfighter scenes you see in Westerns are legal again. If you can get someone who is carrying to reach for or draw their gun, you can make a case that your life is in danger and you can shoot them dead. If they shoot you first, they can make the same claim.

How do you know it went down like that? I haven't read nor heard definitively who attacked whom.

1. Zimmerman had a concealed carry license. He WAS carrying legally. 2. 911 dispatcher had no authority over Zimmerman. 3. The jury found him not guilty. 4. There will be no civil suit, Zimmerman would win. In Florida, the plaintiffs, if they lose are responsible for the defendant's attorney fees.
