And I can say with a lot of confidence the windmills in the area accounting for the majority of Texas wind power weren’t turning from around 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM a week ago Monday. Or at least most of them weren’t when I was driving through. In a month we can download the ERCOT spreadsheet for February that will show exactly what was going on when.
