All of this is subjective. You're probably speaking from several ladies' experience. Even Miss Hunter is just speaking from her OWN experience.

There are exceptions to all of these. I know a couple of ladies in the high end of things because of their Modus Operandi, that are FULL time 3-4 guys a day, every day at 2hrs/1K. 10 reviews in one month says volumes. And one is usually a dinner date. And you'd be surprised that some have NEVER done an overnight, or been flown anywhere. And these ladies aren't really as 'selective' as they seem. Not every guy that can afford to pay those rates are deservant clients. You have asshats in every tax bracket.

What Miss Hunter says about these ladies is the norm. Ladies that I know who have careers or businesses usually have 3 appointments a week, because there's no time for anything else. I know ladies who have a 4 Hour Minimums at 2K+ that maybe work a couple of times a month.

Now I'm speaking from personal experience. Ladies like myself in the 300-500 range, who has had a full time job for their ENTIRE career as a Companion, don't really advertise on a steady basis because they don't have the time for a consistent flow of new business, and can be as selective as they come. They just choose not to jack up their rates so they don't price themselves out of the market. I turn more 1-2 hour clients into dinner date/Clock-free clients because my rates aren't outrageous on the multi-hour end. Last year, I was out of town on average 2 weekends out of the month. While I rarely post ads on this board, I tend to meet the lurker who doesn't feel comfortable jumping into conversations, but still likes to do their research.

Ladies that are full time in this price range that are consistent in their advertising probably do a lot better. Depending on their home market, these ladies have to consistently tour in order to meet goals.

Then there are ladies at 150-250/hr that have COMPLETE dry spells. You think they'd be the busiest, but there's so much competition at this level that if you don't post an ad, you're out of the loop or they think you're not working. That's why it's essential that these girls cater to hobbyists for the reviews.

Again, contemplating how many guys a girl sees can't be measured by her rates. I make double what I used to make at 150/hh 250/hr with half the appointments, sometimes 1/3 of the appointments I get at 350/400 hr. My take from my time so far is the goal is to have higher rates,more multi-hour appointments (which seems to come naturally with higher rates) and less clients. That is my Victory Goal now. I see in a good week 4-5 appointments average week 2-3 and I barely ever get more than one appointment a day.

I am finding it more and more to my liking to not have to service half of DFW to make a good living lol.

You never paint with broad strokes, but you should know that there are more than a few that escape your categorizations. Other than that, I was actually defending you.

I'm not surprised that you found some duds on the higher end of things. A lot of those women wouldn't touch the average client for any amount of money. They don't screen for chemistry because their attitude is no better than the average BP girl. At that rate, they're trying to make every appointment happen.

Women like to think that they're escaping cheapo's at certain rates, and that higher rates mean richer clients, but they can't be further from the truth. But it's not cheapo's they need to worry about, it's about how she's representing her value. Guys that don't value women beyond a certain price range are quick to tell a woman that she'll lose business if she raises her rates, but if her value is high, she'll see an increase.

And in this business, you don't have to be young to get a shit load of business. Just hot. There were people waiting on me to raise my rates when I did.

Getting back to the topic, some of us are not all about the money. The balance is way more important. That's 'old ho mentality' to quantify a woman by how much she earns in this business. They figure you better be financially compensated for the emotional damage you suffer being a companion. I prefer to work in a way that I still have hope for the future, and my opinion of men has not been changed.

I could go full time, but with my salary, this way is much easier. Plus, my child gets the normalcy she deserves. I don't have to lie to her about what I do for a living, there's no odd phone conversations about locations and rates, and when mommy gets dressed up to go out, it's no surprise that she has a date. Men hit on her all the time. There's nothing wrong with indulging a gentleman for dinner and a nightcap.

The problem with being in this life is that the women don't realize that they have no one to impress but themselves. Who they see and how often is no ones business. The only issue that I have with review culture is that it is not conducive to discretion. But I actually believe that reviews are valuable. But I think a lady has control over who reviews her by screening for chemistry.
