Earth to Hankering, Earth to Hankering wake up. The health insurance companies in the private sector should not have been allowed to weed out people with pre-existing conditions in the first place.

That's right the health insurance is a capitalist enterprise. However, there should be a level playing field for everyone.

Additionally IF ITS a level playing field for everyone, THEN EVERYONE SHOULD BE paying exactly the same cost.. No matter if you live in Pataskala Oh, or Seattle Wa. No matter if you are a single male, or a married woman with 4 kids...
BUT why then, should Health care be that way, forced to be 'level' for all, but not housing insurance, or auto/bike insurance??
