I believe my tune is consistent. If there are more poor blacks as a percentage of blacks than poor whites as a percentage of whites, laws rules and regulations that Effect the poor would have a larger adverse effect on blacks. That’s a simple concept. Originally Posted by 1blackman1

False. You'd need to define your measure of "what more harmful" is. The fact that you have nothing but numbers indicates that your measure for "more harmful" is the total number of people affected. If group B is 5x larger than A, then in fact group B is harmed more. Guess what? There are 5x more whites than blacks in the US.

It’s not just testing. Whites, on average, do have a superior intellect. They’re not the top of the heap though since Asians and Jews, on average, score higher than whites.

I understand why you would preface your statement, but it doesn’t need prefacing.

Yet you’re assigning a rationale to those numbers without providing any proof. The answer could be really simple. There are more white people and more of them using govt assistance. If you’d like to believe that the numbers represent “repeat customers” within the time the numbers are generated, fine, provide evidence that’s the case. If you can’t I will just assume that you’re making up your rationale to fit your worldview or agenda or whatever.

This isn’t that difficult. Raw numbers show there are more whites using govt benefits than any other racial or ethnic category. Now I’ll concede that as a percentage of their racial/ethnic subgroup it’s less than the percentage of blacks or Hispanics to their subgroup, but in terms of my original statement “there are more whites on welfare” the percentage of the group analysis is irrelevant and meant only to divert from the truth of the statement.

Also, your rationale seems to come from nowhere. The repeat customer or whites on hard times vs blacks remain on welfare seems to be a reflection of your belief rather than a reflection of reality. I would presume that it’s more likely that both races/ethnicities have a class of people that just live off the govt, whether it’s in projects or trailer parks. Originally Posted by 1blackman1
