To tie the statement to the original topic; AOC is the darling of brain dead, blue haired Gen Z demographic who’s vital for any election win on the democratic side. Democrats know this, which is why their (Gen Z) universal hatred of Jews would exclude a guy of Shapiro’s faith from being their standard bearer. Bernie more than ~almost~ won. He had popular support, his socialism overpowering the anti-Jew sentiment amongst broke young people with useless college degrees, but his own party buttfucked him with their “super delegates”. Shapiro supports a "Two State" solution for the middle east conflict in Isarel. Him being Jewish does not hurt him politically in the democratic party. Shapiro had a chance to be on the ticket with Harris. After interviewing he dropped out stating he wanted to remain Gov of Penn. He was definitely ahead of Tim Waltz.

My concern with AOC is neither her gender, nor the rather obvious fact that she's not exactly one of the brighter porch lights on the block.

It's her ideology, which is well within the furthest left quintile of the population.

I would prefer that the first female US president, whoever she may be, espouse views much closer to Margaret Thatcher's than to Rosa Luxemburg's. (I'm afraid AOC's worldview is uncomfortably close to that once held by the latter.)
