Frankly TTH, staff members put quite a bit of effort straightening out the mess that is often created by KL. Just briefly think about her losing control of her account at least twice during the last three six months. Then allegedly someone is posting under her handle. Now whose responsibility is to keep the accounts safe? It is always the responsibility of the user. The user is the one who has to secure his/her computer and access to the account. She is also advised on what is expected and what she should do, but somehow always manages to generate her own train wrecks. There wasn't a need for this thread, and this habit of virtually setting herself on fire to then ask for help from staff must come to an end. Everything starts and ends with her, and it isn't much to ask that an adult woman behaves as a responsible adult on the boards. She knows exactly what these threads turn into before she hits the submit button. This is far from being her first rodeo.
Several people have offered positive input and you would hope that she can follow some of that advice.

You are very right, we can be whomever we choose to be on the internet. For example, I am Lord of Cybertron. Mercianna/Kitty/Plaxico chooses to be a train wreck. You might find it a wise move to be a passive observer.
