Is it not the policy of this board to suspend the account of any provider who is busted? There seems to be some incongruity with that policy and:

Normally (there are exceptions), it is not the policy of this board to discuss why accounts are suspended, disabled or guested. There are rare instances where a disabled handle can lose its protected status due to the board activity of the retard behind the new handle......in other words.......having your handle "disabled" is not a right.......it is a privilege, and like any privilege one can abuse it and lose it.

When a retard attempts to connect old disabled handles to new handles, he/she does so at their own risk.........some are willing to take the risk.
