It takes a lot of courage and strong will to embark on a major weight loss. I commend anyone who wishes to turn their life around by becoming healthier and taking on such a big commitment! Amy has put herself out there and announced her accomplishments/goals, and I commend her for that too, because there is the slight possibilty of her not meeting those goals or possible weight gain... where she will be ridiculed and shamed.
