I'm guessing they typically haven't done a damn thing. Nor should they. If she was pointed for every time she responded to a personal attack, then her attacker(s) should also have been pointed for initiating the personal attacks. And like the traffic stop the cop my be a prick but if you know the DA and Judge you walk away with one point while somebody else walks with 5 for the same offense. And isn't it just like real life the biggest asshole cop is the one that breaks the law the most and gets away with it. Once your in the authority position you can pretty much do as you damn well please. Rally the other cops to your point of view too the us against them attitude and you are all set.
