Busty is correct for the small stuff.
Also try talking to folks in the civie world about this stuff. Somebody will know somebody etc.
And, look for the tradesman's trucks in your area that are parked in front of someone's house. Flash the tele info and later ask for a bid.
Also, the large hardware stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. have lists of these folks.
