not even gonna post the rest that came up. decided to a quick googling. one of the first things listed -

Never Forget that Your Customers Set the Price for Your Products and Services

too funny. admittedly I think these comparisons aren't the best when compared to the services here just like the Amazon one is a bad example.
LOL, you boys are too funny. By all means, amuse yourselves by picking apart my arguments. Pat yourselves on the back for how smart you are and how that economics degree is finally paying off on a SHMB. I'm sure it feels awesome.

I'm not making my arguments for you. I'm making them for the ladies. I know you don't like them. You aren't supposed to. Because I'm disagreeing with you. You think you need to be compensated for reviews. I'm telling the ladies that compensating you for something she will get for free regardless is moronic.

So, my work here is done. Please continue your circle jerk of haughty superiority. And by all means, be sure to let us know when you get that $150 discount and how grateful she was for your amazing effort on her behalf.
Caroline, no need to argue about something so subjective... everyone hobbies differently. Reviews or not, most girls do just fine.

Guess the 6 weeks of free PA isn't much of a motivator for some, or that's not enough. And yes, ECCIE is a drop in the hobby bucket, but for some it's their whole hobby world LOL. Very subjective.
.....
You can't just walk into Outback Steakhouse and say "I'm going to write a review of your service, so you need to offer me a ridiculous discount." They'd laugh him out of the restaurant. You should do the same. Originally Posted by CarolineDavenport

(...)all WW newbies looking for reviews to get verified and build credibility require a $200 discount for the risk of TOFTT.

In fact, she could even charge a bit more for that 1st appointment of the day, because you know how busy the FOTM can get... lol. And good luck even being scheduled with a busy girl if you are asking for a 150 discount, I don't know if the pimp will care. He can always write his own reviews...

Ahhh so many variables lol. The marketing possibilities are infinite...

I love onions soooo much .....

...... I'll pay for them.

But an occasional free onion is quite the emotional deposit.

Edit: The Landry dude donates a free meal to me in my birth month.....the whole meal.....every year.

And that dude still makes billions.

you know, another way to test the validity of that hypothesis, why not just charge $50,000 a session? then you only gotta see 2 or 3 customers a year. the service provider controls the price and customer got no say and will pay it right? I'll be looking for the first showcase to list $50K/1HR. wonder if they'd be a clock watcher.

edit:
damn right, onions are frick'n great! like em fresh myself but they're good most ways. yum~!

2). You have never written a review, so this doesn't really apply to you Originally Posted by citizen44

4. So now guys are to be compensated for their time writing a review, what a crock. It takes all of 10 minutes to write a review.

This guy said it best.

Let us know how this works out for you...

In the meantime, there are plenty of $40 streetwalkers for your cheap ass...and they don't require reviews. Win win... Originally Posted by Wakeup

The last year has seen an unprecedented 20-50% increase in provider hourly rates and yet the same pitiful $25-$50 discounts for reviews are being offered. Every newbie provider in the welcome wagon acts like $250 is a rock bottom special.

It's time for the clients to be properly compensated for 1) the length of time it takes to write a review, the risk and headaches you take on in seeing newbies, and 3) the thousands of dollars you help her generate with your advertising/review.

Grab a hold of your balls guys and vow that: 1) only "No" reviews that help warn clients of bad providers will be done for free, 2) you will get a $150 discount for any positive review, and 3) all WW newbies looking for reviews to get verified and build credibility require a $200 discount for the risk of TOFTT.
