Why would you expect more then 10% black? Blacks are only 13 % of the population and blacks as a rule have less money then whites so I would think it makes sense that less then 13% of the hobby world is black. This is why to alot of providers when they consider everything its a small reward big risk practice..You don't lose much by not seeing blacks. My hobby experience has been quite different tho (total contrast to my civvie life). Even though they're (black men) a small % of my clientele I've treated very well by them. I actually wouldn't want to meet any clients who thought I was somehow less "tainted' if I did have a anti-minority policy. I will say though I have a provider friend who is in the same rate range as me right now who is black (well mixed race) and her clientele of black clientele is closer to 50%.
