So an update on all this for those who are interested......

Today was the house auction.. over 60 properties went up for bid.. My house was the third to last.. I was the highest bidder on my property/home, so at 29 I'm a proud home owner and payed 10,000 for my house.. it was a sucky situation but ended up being a pretty positive thing... I almost got kicked out of the auction bc some dick head guy kept up bidding me.. I was like u keep bidding and get my house u will wish u didn't bc there won't be anything left inside, not even the rugs lol.. needless to say after I got yelled at by the cop and auctioneer the guy quit bidding.. If it wasn't for that asshole I would have gotten it way cheaper.. There were houses there going for like 4 and 500 bucks.. That's def a great business to get into if your handy and can fix them up for cheap and resell or rent them.
