he also had money in an Actor's Guild retirement plan. one site said "small amount". another stated at least 5 million. i wouldn't call that "small" and it sat there growing for all these years. if reports that it was 5 million are correct then it could be worth 7-8 million now just on growth.

so Juice could have as much as 10-11 million today. but that's not necessarily all .. rumors have long floated that the Juice has millions more stashed away in offshore accounts. also growing over time if that's true. the Goldman family has long contended this but of course they have no way to prove it. that money, if it exists, may or may not be subject to the civil judgement, or even IRS taxes, depending on how it was structured.

if the money was post-tax money, then i don't see any IRS claim on it. he certainly had enough career earnings to put a large amount post-tax into such an investment. and if it's a retirement investment, the Goldman's can't touch it either. if it's post-tax cash in a saving account, it is fair game for the Goldman's. if they can prove it exists.

this article claims his Actor fund retirement is 5 million ...

https://www.celebritynetworth.com/ar...arole-hearing/

this article says 2 to 5 million in the Actors fund. it also addresses the possibility that the Juice has millions in offshore accounts. based largely on one of the people he robbed for his memorabilia fiasco. he had been a long time friend of the Juice and as such knows insider info. he claims he helped him set up these offshore accounts.

is he gonna drop a dime on the Juice now? maybe, given the Juice robbed him at gun point. does it matter? maybe not if it was a legit post tax investment for retirement. if it's just savings money, and the account can be proved and verified, then the Goldmans might have a claim to it.
