I could give you a reason but one thing i always say is just because blacks do it to themselves does not make it right that others do it to them too. Across the bay in Oakland, however, about 125 protesters gathered at Frank Ogawa Plaza outside City Hall before marching through downtown, starting small fires and smashing windows at the Wells Fargo Bank at 12th Street and Broadway and at several locations, including the Dogwood Bar, the Oakland Tribune, the Foot Locker shoe store and the Sears store.
A BART police car parked outside the 12th Street BART Station had its windows smashed, and protesters spray-painted "F- the police" and "Kill Pigs" on the side of the vehicle.
About 11:30 p.m., Oakland police formed a skirmish line near their headquarters at 7th Street and Broadway and came face-to-face with protesters.
As Argus, the police helicopter, monitored from above, the crowd soon moved away from the intersection and headed east on 14th Street, stopping at a McDonald's restaurant shortly after midnight to burn several flags and to spray-paint "Kill Zimmerman" and "FTP," an anti-police epithet, on the side of Alameda County's Rene C. Just my opinion. I could be wrong. I'm 65 years old, grew up in South Philly two blocks frm the waterfront. Tough neighborhood. The fifth ward ain't got shit on 2nd street. My school graduation class was 450 boys. No girls. The thugs back then were the waps, ginnies, dego's, greaseballs. Then you had the polocks, jews or kikes and the negroes. NO ONE EVER USED THE N WORD. Just wasn't used. Matter of fact, the word BLACK had not yet been discovered yet.

And I'm pissed that we have Black History month and for everyone else and nothing for Lithuanians. I protest, motherfucker! I want a national holiday for MY culture too. What makes your ethnic background any more special than mine?

I wonder how he plans to live society wise now that he is found not guilty in the trial and free to leave. It seems like it would be kinda "uncomfortable" being in the public after such a trial.

Every time I see a Lithuanian I check my wallet. Why did we ever let Lithuanians in this country. Tough on Lithuanians in South Philly.....I'm sure the lynchings were non stop...Lithuanians hanging from every tree. Oh....I'm older and grew up in the segregated South. Yep, I can spot a Lithuanian from a mile away. I don't remember any "NO LITHUANIANS" signs on water fountains, restrooms, restaurants, schools, and I certainly don't remember any LITHUANIANS to the back of the bus rules.
