Question - Disable Accts

I was just curious why a person has to give a reason to have their account disabled/deleted? Also why are reviews not removed when a user requests?

I'm not in charge, and don't make the rules, but I imagine the fact that it would be easy to sign up, write fake reviews, then request both to be deleted, would make it easy for Pimps and the Whitest Knights to roam freely while jacking with the site.

those rules benefit all of us.. I am sure of that.
