Password???

Hello i need help from tbe Mods.. this morning i receive a text from a provider i seen a couple of times.
She said her ex boyfriend took her laptop and couldn't log into her eccie account..
She said.. " since you seen me before could you Pm eccie and ask if they can send me my password info""'. Im not sure where i assume to her email or phone..
Im a little confused. Isn't she able to just reset her password if she lost it? Im not sure how i could help her. However i told her I would post the question to eccie staff and get some advised...
