Trying to get verified also

I tried to send in my id the the eccievp email address then follow the steps listed but my emails keep bouncing back??? Because I'm not verified yet none of the mods names pop up across the top either so I'm also having trouble contacting them to verification help. Someone please help me!

It may be yahoo thats causing the issue. It's been having issues lately but try once more and if it doesnt work feel free to send me a pm.
