Check this link. It will tell you how to request Verified Provider status. When you are approved you will be able to post in ad forums.
You may post an ad in Welcome and Introductions, one time. In the Provider Ads forum please read the first three threads. One is the link I gave you. The others are concerned with advertising rules. Ads (including Welcome and Intro) may not contain fees or mention sexual services.
