I'm guessing this was at Happy Days, the girls from which I know use the apt to which you refer. It could also be Mississippi or Tiffanys, which are next door going up hill and just below Polly's Kettle House, a regular bar. All three are farther up the hill than you indicate, in a little set back set off from the lune of shops below by the alley that lead to the apt.

Hmm. I remember it being very close to that bar, but it has been a lot time since I was there. But, I'm sure it's next to that door to the apartments she used. That door would door downhill from the place.
