How to erase OLD ATTACHMENTS Im at my max amount

I cant figure how to erase old attachments. It says im at my MAX and im un able to upload my new pics onto my provider ad.........Im new at posting on eccie .... and i cant figure how to make more space so i can upload new pics. PLEASE HELP
