Looking for someone to Code a layout I made

Hey guys looking for a sweet person that would like to code a frame layout I made. I know how to do it but it's been years and I would definitely need to do some tutorials to freshen up my brain. I really don't have the time to get to it and I would really love to post this layout up because I am simply in love with it. If anyone would like to take this on I would greatly appreciate it. I can send that person special pics and video of me. If money is the only option then I will be more than happy to pay a reasonable price. Thank you for taking the time out to read my thread.
