Actually, Fox news generally has better ratings than MSNBC, CNBC, CNN & HLN combined.

The big nets (ABC, CBS, NBC) do have much larger audiences -- partly from broader distribution. The numbers aren't directly comparable, but what I've seen is that each of their news broadcasts (i.e., the 6:30 slot) has a bigger rating than Fox's evening news show (i.e., 6-7pm) i.e. 5-6 million viewers for the nets versus 2 million for Fox, but the network audiences are steadily declining.
It is kind of odd isnt it that Fox has maybe 2 million evening news viewers vs maybe 15 for the Liberal guys and they still go ballistic. I guess they don't like
any competition for their version of the truth.
