If its a massage parlor though...at least in OH...they cannot touch you esp if you are a LMt or Cmt...you can terminate the massage. Touching has to be a one way street. Idk about adult massage or escorting though. I treasure NationalBlacklist.com

In my state INDIANA I know for a FACT that LE will get naked and touch you and even have sex with you and then bust you! They do this thinking that it'll be your word against their's and a lot of girls won't even go to court or try and dispute their behavior.
Also in Indiana they go after girls who provide massage ONLY as well. My advice would be to know about the laws in your area and do your own verification/screening process that makes you feel safe. Also go with your gut feelings. I have been in the business a long time, I've never been caught doing anything illegal (although they have tried LOTS of times) just know that you have to be SMART and not all money is GOOD MONEY!!
After seeing a whole bunch of different threads and questions pertaining to spotting LE and how to avoid getting clipped, I thought I'd help everyone out with simple facts that should help both providers and their clients be able to detect the real deals from UC's.

#1. An undercover cop or informant working for cops can NEVER make inappropriate contact with you or it's entrapment. For instance, Girls, if you aren't sure of the guy, in a playful and flirty way, maybe grab on him, or grab his hands and place them on certain areas of your body. I know providers who also work as dancers do this often so I'm sure there's a way you can incorporate this tactic when seeing a man you aren't sure of. Guys, it's even easier for you. Suppose the provider in question has a nice rack, ask her if she's all natural, real or not, if she's for real she'll usually respond by asking if you to feel for yourself. If she's got a nice booty or nice legs I'm sure you can somehow work in a comment that would work. If she's for real, she'd have no problem letting you cop a feel.

#2. Constantly and specifically bringing up money = red flag. Hobbyist or provider. I remember back when I had no vehicle, to and from work I'd have to pass by a motel where not only was there alot of street walkers, but cops knew damn well that this place was a well known hang out for them. Girls were ALWAYS propositioning me, but they were doing so in this exact manner and for that I always felt uneasy in that area.

#3. If your really in doubt, ask for/offer services that technically don't count as sexual favors. Topless dancing, massage, nude modeling, UC's won't bother with any of these activities but the real deals know what they lead to. Worst case scenario you only get what you asked for, but then again that's a good case scenario because I don't know bout the rest of you fellas but I like me a good massage or lap dance so to me it's all good in my book.

Guess that's just about it. Hope this helps everyone. Be safe and if you have any questions feel free to speak on it ladies and gents ! Originally Posted by 51MEANTXGUNS50

What about using code words such as bj bbbj, etc... is that too suggestive to use in email to be on the safe side of things?

Them: "Isn't it true you used the commonly used sexual acronym "BBBJ" when corresponding via Email with John Doe?"

You: "I don't recall that.....show me"

If you never typed it, they can't.

It seems to me if I was caught in that fashion and I was inclined to fight I'd get the best attorney I could afford and get a jury trial, hope that the DA came to her senses and dropped the case for PR reasons or roll the dice and hope that somebody on the jury will refuse to convict based on how things were handled.

Finally, if there is a dispute about what exactly went down, what kind of testimony is generally allowable? Can the gal get on the stand and describe "things" (size/shape of his member, excited utterances) that may be embarassing to the officer involved but support her claim that he did whatever he did?

I know that all of this will vary by jurisdictions, I'm more looking for generalities.
I am a new hobby, but its clear to me that the best advice is to have a reliable screening processes that you always follow to the letter. Once LE is in front of you, as a practical matter you have trouble. I can tell you I only meet well reviewed girls. Even then, I usually pick ladies that are very well established. I think that they are less likely to work off a bust, as their reps are very important to them. If a new girl gets busted, it is in her interest to cooperate. Ladies do you research and develop a screening process that is effective. Then follow it. If you keep any records, for gods sake encrypt them or store them online and use those passwords.
Seems to me like a good investment for providers in each state to pool their funds and pay for a hour of a good defense attorneys time in their state. You can trade services for it. If you can't find an attorney that's willing then find a smart hobbyist who would trade your service for a hour of a defense attorneys time. He can tell the attorney that your group is doing research on the prostitution laws in your state. This can be over a conference call, in a meeting room or over the internet. Make sure the attorney tells you where to find the law for yourself. Then look it up because attorneys will tell you a half truth because they know you don't know any better. In fact most new attorney actually do all the research for the senior attorneys.

Soooo, money's the root of all this, eh?

Aha! I have a solution.

All the ladies have to do is hook us guys up with free action. No money, no crime.

Whadaya think, ladies???? For the sake of the hobby, don't accept any fees.

This was a really good read. Glad to see so many hobbiyst and providers who know something about LE.
