How do I switch from say the Alabama forum to the Florida Pandhandle forum?

Simply go to that Forum and start posting.

But how do I go to a different forum?

Go to the main Eccie Worldwide page (if you're using a PC click on the big ECCIE logo at the top left had corner of your screen. Then just scroll down and you'll see the rest of the forums.
