Noticed this thread on the Eccie Home Page under Legal. I, for one, was unaware of this new law. Thinking there might be others with their head in the sand (such as I), thought I would share here for other NETX Hobbiest to keep an eye on and form their own opinion.

I don't really have any input except to say ... having regulars is nice, repeating with those you enjoy and trust is nice, and having those you trust but haven't seen in a while is nice.
