Track LE activity - APD - Austin

Lots of ways to search (search by offense "prostitution"):
http://www.krimelabb.com/_basic/view/v_offense.php

Got it from this site (more options there)

Looks like May the AMPS took a hit. Though, most months it looks like Hotel address after hotel address, so basically in-call prostitution busts/stings.

Holy chit! That's one of the best resources I've ever seen regarding this topic.

One thing that is interesting is most are for promotion of prostitution. That is a state jail felony. I would say arrest were definitely made even though it's not indicated. I wonder what they did to the tricks.

The following is a list of Asian massage places that have been popped since the beginning of this year based on what the link is showing.

A total of 17.

Crystal Massage
Premier Massage
Revital Massage
Essence Massage
Lucky Spa
* the above are all on Pond Springs Road which has always been an LE hot spot
Greystone Massage
Bellas Spa
Helenas Spa
Aroma Spa
Relax Spa and Massage
Classic Spa
Sunny Massage
Seoul Massage
Rose Spa
YJ Massage
Austin Day Spa
Relax and Enjoy Asian Spa

It's never been more important than to mention this again.

No way anyone can explain that if it's consensual why these gals are always rotated across the country. Are they on Indeed?

Let me give you a very current example. Last Thursday the two ladies at Greystone were shipped out of state with no notice. Two more were flown in.

There are a lot of Greystone fans out there who I'm sure think it's not true. Call them right now and ask. You will be told that your ATF is "on vacation "

All of these places forcibly rotate and there is absolutely nothing the ladies can do.

With new laws on the books the risk of p4p is getting higher.

Arrests are indicated. The count for each month is shown at the bottom of the list along with "incidents" and "offenses". The column on the far right is the arrest column. A diamond symbol in that column indicates the the the address where an arrest was made.

So far in 2021 there have been 2 arrests. Both were in February and appear to have been at hotels.

Compared with previous years, not much has changed. If anything, there's less enforcement now. Take a look at June 2018--18 incidents and 13 arrests.

No way to know exactly what it all means, but a reasonable person might infer that if 17 massage spas were visited by the police, no arrests were made, and most of those spas are still open, it's not likely the police found evidence of trafficking.

That's entirely possible, but I highly doubt LE is going to cut someone loose for a felony regardless of what the spreadsheet says.

LE could have very well rescued multiple human trafficked sex slaves. Sex slaves are never arrested.

The human traffickers are also not onsite 24/7. They tend to shy away from the brothels for obvious reasons.

Perhaps LE knew exactly what time to go to each place knowing the traffickers were not there.

Unfortunately there is no way to find human trafficking stats on that site. They happen all the time in many industries but for some reason it was omitted.

There is a definite increase between 2020 and this year. There is more activity in half of 2021 than all of 2020.

I guess my next question is if there is a site where the case number can be inputted to show how the case was adjudicated.

My guess is a low conviction rate because they have lots of money and probably the best team of thousand dollar an hour attorneys money can buy.
"Perhaps LE knew exactly what time to go to each place knowing the traffickers were not there."

Are you suggesting APD is complicit in protecting human traffickers?

But you also said, "I highly doubt LE is going to cut someone loose for a felony regardless of what the spreadsheet says."

So...APD won't let someone get away with a felony, but they're protecting traffickers?

"There is a definite increase between 2020 and this year. There is more activity in half of 2021 than all of 2020."

Not true. There were at least 74 incidents in 2020, even though the pandemic caused a lot of places to shut down for a significant part of the year. So far, there have been 33 incidents in 2021. There were also far more arrests in 2020.

"My guess is a low conviction rate because they have lots of money and probably the best team of thousand dollar an hour attorneys money can buy."

That doesn't make sense either. There has to be an arrest before there can be a conviction or a dismissal or a finding of guilty or not guilty. Are you suggesting the police would go to the trouble of raiding these places and then not arrest anyone because, gosh, they have the $1000 an hour attorneys, so what's the point?

"Unfortunately there is no way to find human trafficking stats on that site."

According to the Texas Penal Code: "In Texas, human trafficking laws are divided into two groups of crimes, depending upon the age of the person allegedly trafficked in the criminal charges and prosecution.

Charged with Trafficking an Adult
Under Texas Penal Code Section 20A.02, it is a crime to knowingly do one of the following with someone over the age of 18 years:

traffics another person with the intent that the trafficked person engage in forced labor or services;
receives a benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described above (number 1), including by receiving labor or services the person knows are forced labor or services;
traffics another person and, through force, fraud, or coercion, causes the trafficked person to engage in conduct prohibited by:
(A) Section 43.02 (Prostitution);

(B) Section 43.03 (Promotion of Prostitution);

(C) Section 43.04 (Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution); or

(D) Section 43.05 (Compelling Prostitution); or

4. receives a benefit from participating in a venture that involves an activity described above (number 3) or engages in sexual conduct with a person trafficked in the manner described above (number 3)."

In other words, there's plenty of leeway under that definition to arrest and charge traffickers with prostitution, promoting prostitution or compelling prostitution.

I suspect you'll come back with another unsupported and self-contradictory argument, but I'm done. Putting you back on ignore where you belong.

I should've stuck to the well reasoned advice below, but sometimes you make yourself such a tempting target.

"Never wrestle a pig. You both get dirty and the pig enjoys it."

Many of these places are in shopping centers with multiple businesses. In order to help refine your search for criminal enterprises post the word massage before the address you copy and paste.

I never said there were more or less apartments. I trust that what you say is true. I'm listing only AMPs even though some of the apartments were probably full of Asians.
Once again remind everyone to be careful not to write about FBSM + The hard-working masseurs hope that you can protect their personal privacy. Most massage shops are affected or the police and other departments conduct inspections because they copied various customer experience reviews including this website. For customer experience reviews, look for the corresponding masseur to question about their work and life. Some questions are nonsense, and the customer experiences and comments that like to express have caused trouble to these masseuses. The vast majority of massage shop owners do not allow employees to provide pornographic services. As for how the situation of massage parlors will develop in the future, it all depends on your writing style. If you don't write a comment, you will have no troubles. This is the sincere expectation of a certain massage shop owner.
You all may not believe but it’s true .
AGG Promotion Prostitution is based on intercepted customer reviews of adult websites. Without specific evidence, the masseurs are all legal. So they continue to do the massage work they should do.
I hope that when this abhorrent epidemic is causing everyone's troubles, there will be no more extravagant things.
