Too me extremely realistic.
I really felt I was right there with them.
Everything was 'in the now, in the moment' and had what I felt was a truthfulness about it.
It took a while for the adrenaline to pass.
This is one I will own and watch when I think things are getting too tough.
Its enough to help you sort out what's important and what's not.
