Mac, let me be the first one to assure you that you're NOT the only one confused about this and we are currently discussing this issue in staff.....Hell, I had to ask for clarification myself and if I recall correctly, we're trying to revise the rule and make it clearer for the mods to enforce.....But, to answer one of your inquiries, it's not an AR rule and is one that's boardwide.....I guess we'll let you know when we know what the final draft will be.....Stay tuned.
