So I don't like to discuss it because the situation almost well pretty much gives away my identity, but I'm kinda at a standstill here in Des Moines and I need help.
About 5 months ago I had an accident, I was shot in the chest by a stray in the middle of two rival gangs while standing in my house.... And at the point in time I was doing pretty good client wise however when you are out of commission for a couple months it's kinda hard to pick up where you left off... People find other providers, their financial situation changes etc....
Now I'm back fully healed and am looking to start traveling again, so any suggestions on places to visit along with safe places to stay while i'm there would be helpful......
