They talk about being subtle, but then expect it to be spelled out? I am confused!

I've gotten zero feedback on both of my reviews so if I did something wrong then I have no idea what it is. But 2 weeks later and no credit on either of them.

I was wondering about the ROS feature. I have been going to a spa at least once a week for the past 3 months. Times are GOOD!! I wasn't sure if leaving the reviews was still wanted and if they were cracking down on the reviews.
