Is there an Asian Trans convention in NOLA?

I noticed today on TSE that there were a lot of Asian trans in New Orleans area probabley saw 8 or more ads with asian, when there is only usually 1 at the most. May be because of Mardi Gras or something.

The beauty pageant in town(miss America? Miss USA?) is owned by a trans Asian That may be why.
