Account hacked

Hi eccie staff,
I am seeing weird behaviour in my account settings. Letre on I found out that both my account and the email I opened this account with has been hacked. I can't my google gmail now the password has been changed. How can I delete this acccount?

Or maybe the SO checked the PC history and found the site, then did some surgery on his settings...........
