Can't post in co-ed discussion houston?

Hi, I wanted to know why am I unable to post anything in co-ed discussion houston thread? It says my account does not have enough privileges and I've been looking for information on being able to get privileges but there seem to not be any.

Try posting in the sandbox & maybe upload some images of yourself.
