Site design theft -- escortalba.com -- please help me figure out how to contact her.

http://www.escortalba.com

Hey, waitaminnit, this site looks a little familiar! Flattering, yet infuriating. I made my site from scratch, and I don't take kindly to having my work ripped off.

I'd like to contact the lady and yell at her -- er, request that she stop ganking my design, but I am having trouble finding contact info. There's none on her thieving arse's site, and her name is very common. The domain registration is private as well. Should I contact her domain registrar (godaddy.com)? Can any of you Internet sleuthing geniuses come up with contact info for her? Or just want to go to Italy and yell at her in Italian for me?

"She" is hot-linking the background directly from your website. If your website control panel has a hot-link protection feature, enable it and set a new file to be sent in place of your background.

I suggest:

If your website CP doesn't have a hot-link feature, you can always edit your website to use a slightly different filename -- say 60original2.jpg -- and save the above photo as your new 60original.jpg.

No luck on contact info, sorry.

I would also contact GoDaddy...A business partner of mine says the are pretty helpful.

eta: wow it seems she is an Italian escort, I posted prior to opening the link
that hand gesture in the above post, doesn't have the same meaning in Italy!

I emailed godaddy.com, and with creative Googling I found one email address for her. I even ran my English email through babelfish and sent it in Italian too.

For what it's worth, her site still looks the same as your to me. Maybe the proposed fix doesn't work.

this might work also
They look the same to me and I've never been to either site until 5min. ago

It doesn't matter you've never visited either site before. The background image will be loaded from whichever site you visit first and then be displayed from cache when viewing the other. So if you visit the Italian site first, you should be seeing white backgrounds on both sites. If you visited Carrie's site first, you should be seeing the green background on both sites.

Try the Shift + Refresh tip I posted above and to get a green background on Carrie's site and a white background on the other one.

Carrie, why give her any more time? She knows she stole it from you and she's had it for how long now? Sometimes you have to be aggressive. That's your work she's stealing.
Carrie I think that GoDaddy will fix this for you, but if it comes to it, do you want my cousin Renaldo to handle it? he has some issues, but he could be the right guy to help you!....
he lives in Milan...

I like to fire a warning shot across the bow first to give the pirating wench a chance to surrender. Yarrr.
