Corpus Christi any Chefs?

So as a kid I hated brussel sprouts .
But now I absolutely love them but not with bacon all over them.
Im near the Staples Mall and I would like to know if there is a place that makes them really good?
Or hell if any chefs wanna make me up a batch

Well I went to San Antonio got some at The Hoppy Monk. Had a different spin on it but was very tasty I had to take 3 bites make sure I liked it. I had to figure out the flavors in my head. lol
