How do you post a review?

Been an Eccie member for a while but never posted a review and I am having a hard time figuring out how. Any help?

If you had the session with a Dallas provider, go to the Dallas forum. Chick Independent Provider Reviews: DALLAS. Click New Review up at the top. Then fill in the blanks. Now focus on being very detail oriented on the provider and the session. Be as descriptive as you feel comfortable. Remember, there is only about 8 of us reading these reviews any way! Next thing you know premium access!
