Hypnotic Sushi is pretty good but generally a very quite place.
densetsu in plano is my place of choice but it's a bit up north if you're only in the dt dallas area

Sushi Zushi (Uptown) and I don't mind Chaucers (multiple locations in DFW)

Blue Fish or Naan are good. There are a couple of each around town.

Sushi Zuchi in uptown is hit or miss I find. Sometimes it is fresh and great, others not so much.
Shinshei, Nobu, Tei Tei, Tei An, Yutaka, Steel, and probably the best value in the area the great Oishii.
For the family on a budget Star Suhsi on Royal does great if you are bringing the kids.
Tei Tei Robata or Nobu
Simon's Sushi on 75 is the best in Dallas hands down (BYOB). So many of the places listed above are simply over priced places to go and be seen, has nothing to do with their Sushi.

Lol, I ended up finding a place right by my hotel. Benihana's if anyone knows it.
