Trying to find reviews on this lady. Anyone have any experience with her at all? She is requesting at minimum a 50% deposit

She's 50/50. Some say she's alright, but my own experience says she's a ripoff artist. She kept coming up with excuses to reschedule and/or refund me because she had to cancel. Nothing came of it, so I was out $300.
