So, I get setting up an ad to gauge interest in the area. If that is the case, it would be nice to know right off the bat. It's mildly frustrating to text one only to get back "I'm not there".
Then there's the Agencies. Posting ads like there is no tomorrow only to hear they are in other cities hours away. It really makes me wonder if it's worth the effort.
