I had a struggle remembering my password and, finally figured it out today. The link to recovering my password/username was not working and I never received any emails on this as well.

Sorry that happened. I'll let the admin know that the link may not be working correctly. You can always email websupport for help if this happens in the future.

You also might want to double check your profile to be sure the correct email address is on it.
