How do I turn my Reviews on to my page?

Hi I about 5 reviews under reviews and discussions! How do I put those reviews on my page so I can become a provider?

I'm only seeing one review linked to your profile. If you have others that are yours, but not assigned correctly, please use the RTM feature and report the reviews so we can correct them.

Is there anyway I can look at my refferels I have one but don't know how to look at it.? If I even can
