Nutritionist/dietitian?

Hello,

Anyone have a good reference for a weight loss nutritionist? I've always been skeptical over these kinds of things but while I was our of the country I met with someone who has seen one that bases your nutrition and diet from what job you do and things you do in a daily basis as a form of measurement to see how much calories and what should on consume. I'm not obese or anything but I am weight concious and i could loose some pounds for my overall wellbeing.... and for providers to like better of course haha

Anyway if you know someone or some place I'd appreciate the tip!

Much thanks =)

As with anything, do your research. Here is the lady that I use.

Cut out sugar and move your body everyday. Done!

Will that be credit card, debit card, Paypal or cash?

Eat fresh fruits, veggies, good protein, work out regurly, it's a life style not a fad diet that keeps you healthy, weight loss comes with that.

I just began seeing Dr. Amy Myers not primarily for weight loss but for overall better health, her office is Austin Ultrahealth in south Austin. She is very good and has many wonderful references, even promoted often as one of the best in the nation. Amymyersmd.com

Good luck!
